FAQs on invoicing

• How can we receive our invoice?

  Basically, your invoice will be sent to your Digital Post.

  If you want to receive your invoice:

  • per. mail,
  • via NemHandel with an EAN number,

  it is also possible.

  If you have questions about your invoice, or want changes in how you receive your invoice, you can contact Nets, who is responsible for invoicing on behalf of the Danish Agency of Digitalisation.

• Can we have a contact person or purchase order on my invoice?

  Yes, you can contact NemLog-in if you want to add details or change your invoice.

• How often do I receive an invoice?

  You will receive an invoice when the total amount exceeds DKK 200.

  Otherwise, you will receive an invoice every three months if the amount within this time frame has not exceeded DKK 200.

• What do I do if I have received a reminder but no invoice?

  Check whether your invoice is in your organisation's Digital Post. Your invoice has been sent by Nets DanID, which invoices on behalf of the Agency for Digital Government.
  
  If you cannot find your invoice in your organization's Digital Post, you can do two things:

  • Make an account transfer to account number 2149-6293447258 and enter the invoice number stated on the reminder as a reference
  • Contact NemLog-in service provider support to have your invoice resent.

• What does it mean that Nets invoices on behalf of the Danish Agency for Digital Government?

  The Danish Agency for Digital Government has chosen Nets to be responsible for invoicing private service providers and user organisations. This means that Nets sends out invoices and reminders and transfers paid amounts to the Agency for Digital Government.

• What is a Log-in transaction in NemLog-in?

  If the user makes a signature with MitID through NemLog-in, the service will be invoiced for a MitID transaction request.

  NemID transactions are settled directly with Nets DanID A/S. It will not appear on the invoice from the Agency for Digital Government.

• What is a Signing transaction in NemLog-in?

  Each time a user has logged in to a digital service and has to sign a document in NemLog-in, the digital service is billed for a signing transaction.

  If the user signs with MitID, the service will also be billed for a MitID transaction request.

• What is a transaction request?

  Each time a user initiates a login or sign-in with their MitID, you will be billed for a MitID transaction request. You will be billed for a transaction even if the user does not complete his log-in or signing. The number of transaction requests is counted by MitID.

• What is a post-regulation of MitID transaction?

  At the end of the year, MitID calculates whether the completed transaction requests cover the development and maintenance costs in MitID.

  After this, there is a post-adjustment of the price per. transaction. Each service provider therefore receives a post-adjustment based on the number of MitID transaction requests, which may mean that you get money back or have to pay extra.

• What is service provider sign-up including one hour support?

  When a private service provider sign-up at Nemlog-in, a fixed price is paid for the connection. The sign-up provides one hour of support at NemLog-in service provider support.

• What does support / priority support cost per hour?

  Requests for support from private service providers are made for a fee.

  As a service provider, you can request priority support for faster response times and assistance. This is done at a higher hourly rate.
